This project creates a functional and inviting living space within a very constrained area. It added a 1 bedroom ADU, with a full size kitchen, and washer and dryer, in less than 450 square feet. It does this while blending in with the existing house, and maintains privacy between the main house and ADU by utilizing the corner of the lot.
